We are greatly honored to receive the highest rating from the Lonely Planet Guide, one of only eight bed and breakfast inns in the entire state of Massachusetts, and the only one south of Boston (three in Boston and two on Cape Cod). To us, this is an important honor, noting that the Lonely Planet is the number one international guide and whose reviewers do not identify themselves as such, thereby reflecting the quality that all receive at Melville House.
